The Extra Gingerman (48" x 58")

The gingerman is patterned after an extra molasses gingerbread cookie and there is an extra gingerman ornament design included.

The appliqué can be done by hand, machine or fused. It looks best if you add the white buttonhole/blanket stitch around the cookie appliqué.

White stitching on the dark backing continues the theme.

If you are giving the quilt or ornament to a very small child, embroidering the features instead of using buttons in recommended.
