The Hawaiian word for turtle is Honu. These table swimming honus are made using a combination of easy appliqué, piecing and your rotary cutter. No curved seams.

Background fabrics used are Deja Vu by Adrienne Yorinks for Timeless Treasures Fabrics™.

The Hawaiian prints were found on a trip to Kauai at the Kapaia Stitchery in Lihue.

This pattern includes complete instructions along with quilt layout, templates and a suggested design for quilting.
