Peek A Bear Quilt Baby Girl

I made the first quilt shown (green dot)  for a new mom to be that likes pale spring colors and polka dots. I usually gravitate toward the bright and saturated but hopefully she'll like it. She is having a girl so I borrowed the skirt applique from Hula Bear and put it on this version of Peek A Bear. It's really windy this Mother's Day so not a good day to go outside and take a picture of it finished. Here's a little video so you can at least see the colors.

Can't tell you how many of these bear quilts I have made over the years (scroll down for a few pics) but I always have fun. Love the big bear applique and getting to hand embroider around it with blanket stitch. Happy Day to all the Mom's out there.
